Q. How can I get my Company listed on Vault?

If you would like to suggest a company to add, send an e-mail to our editors at editors@staff.vault.com If possible, list any relevant information (e.g. locations, number of employees, revenue, etc.) that would make it a compelling addition. We will consider all suggestions, but we cannot guarantee inclusion on the site.
Q. How can I change or modify the content on my Company's profile page?

We want our company information to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible. If you have news about a particular company — from a new dress code or salary increases to layoffs or an impending merger — feel free to alert us by sending an e-mail to our editors at editors@staff.vault.com.

How do I post a position on the Vault Job Board?
A.
Login or register as basic Employer Member [link to log in; link to “For Employers” registration page] to start posting jobs on Vault. Click the Jobs tab, and Select the button "Post a Job".
Q. How long will my position remain posted on the Vault Job Board?
A. Jobs are live on the site for 30 days from the date of posting, unless you remove them earlier. You may receive responses to your job posting until the posting expires, or until you remove the posting.
Q. How long does it take for my position to appear on the Vault Job Board
A. Job listings typically appear within fifteen minutes after submission. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once it has been posted.
Q. How can I contact someone about posting a job on Vault?

Q. What is Gold Membership?
A. Vault Gold Membership is a premium membership program providing Vault members full access to Vault's award-winning career content. This includes valuable insider information on companies, full access to our salary data, company reviews and discussions.
Q. How do I cancel the automatic renewal feature for my Vault Gold Membership?
A. In order to provide continuous service, your Vault Gold Membership automatically renews at the end of each term. To cancel automatic renewals, log into your account, browse to My Vault, and click “My Account" and then “Edit” to change your membership details.
