4. The delivery policy:

If you're ordering printed copies, you have a variety of shipping options. From next day air to regular mail. International orders usually take 7 to 10 days, but there is no guarantee on delivery date. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. If you order PDF downloads, you will have immediate access to the guides.

5. The refund, replacement and cancellations terms:

Can I receive a trial period of Vault Gold Membership?
A. Vault does not offer trial periods of its Gold Membership.

Q. Can I pay month by month?
A. As with any subscription, payment is collected in full at the start of the subscription (your credit card will be billed for the entire amount for the term of the subscription).

Q. How do I cancel the automatic renewal feature for my Vault Gold Membership?
A. If you log in to your account you will see a link on your main login screen that says: "To cancel your automatic renewal, click here." After you have cancelled the automatic renewal the link will now read: "To resume your automatic renewal, click here."

Q. Will I get partial credit back if I choose to cancel before my membership term is up?
A. Vault does not issue partial credit for unused Vault Gold accounts.
